Chief Designer’s Office: development, patenting, design, scientific research
The Engineering Office at the Burlak factory comprises over 30 professionals, including design engineers, calculation specialists, an industrial designer, a standardization engineer, and a technical writer. We have the expertise to develop machinery from scratch and launch it into serial production.
- Designing and manufacturing off-road vehicles with enhanced cross-country capability for operation in the harshest environments (classified as Category F1 under GOST 15150-69);
- Launching off-road vehicles and trailers into serial production;
- Conducting research in collaboration with the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Kurgan State University, South Ural State University and other academic institutions
- Certifying our products and securing their inclusion into the Register of Russian Industrial Products (in compliance with Government Decree No. 719);
- Collaborating with specialized certification bodies and Technical Committee 059;
- Verifying our product compliance with applicable standards;
- Performing engineering calculations and designing nodes and mechanisms;
- Patenting our engineering solutions;
- Developing design documentation in compliance with the Unified System for Design Documentation.
